Users can enter the sweepstakes as many times as they wish by sending multiple creations.

Users must send creations to a unique e-mail address belonging to a real, live person.

Users can only send the same creation to each unique e-mail address once every 24 hours.

Users can submit up to five (5) additional sweepstakes entries by using the "tell a friend to send" e-mail notification form, located at http://www.sayit.com/ to automatically e-mail a friend about the sweepstakes.

Registration and "tell a friend to send" entries must be electronically received between 12:00AM August 1, 2000, and 11:59PM (PDT) August 31, 2000.

SayIt, Inc. ("Sponsor") is not responsible for ISP provider malfunction, phone/cable company problems, equipment malfunction or late, misdirected, incomplete, lost, damaged or postage due requests or mail.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet virus or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes.

The "tell a friend to send" notification e-mail form (i) must contain the name and correct e-mail address of entrant's friend, and (ii) must be automatically sent once the entrant has input the information for the recipient.

Entrants may personalize the message in the "tell a friend to send" notification e-mail, although Sponsor will provide pre-written text.

Only e-mail referrals made using the SayIt "tell a friend to send" form on the Official Online Entry form will qualify for up to five (5) entries, one (1) for each e-mail notification to a unique individual.

All "tell a friend to send" recipients must be 13 years of age or older. Invalid e-mail addresses will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter by mail, type or hand-print your full name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, email address (if any) and the words SayIt Summertime Sweepstakes on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, insert it into a stamped envelope, and mail it to: SayIt Summertime Sweepstakes P.O. Box 9097 Mission Viejo, CA 92690-9097.

Write-in entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2000 and received by September 8, 2000.

Random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prizewinner will be conducted on or about September 15, 2000, from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The random drawing will be conducted by Anthony & Associates, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prizewinner will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone on or about September 15, 2000.

If the Prizewinner is a resident of Canada, the awarding of the prize will be subject to such person correctly answering, unaided, a time limited arithmetical skill testing question administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time.

Grand Prizewinner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted by law) within 14 days of notification. In the event a Prizewinner is a minor, prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents within 14 days of notification.

Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded of US $3,000 cash. Prize is non-transferable. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
