SayIt, Inc. ("Sponsor") is not responsible for ISP provider malfunction,
phone/cable company problems, equipment malfunction or late, misdirected,
incomplete, lost, damaged or postage due requests or mail.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information
whether caused by Internet virus or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or
human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in
the contest.

Ten (10) entry finalists will be selected based on Public Popularity
(i.e. number of times the creator's creation is sent and picked
up) beginning at 12:00AM (PDT), August 1, 2000 and ending at 11:59PM
(PDT) on August 31, 2000 ("Contest Period").
The ten (10) finalists will be judged by graphic arts professionals
on the following criteria: Creativity (35%), Art style (35%) and
Originality (30%). Anthony & Associates, an independent judging
organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to
this contest, will conduct the contest.
Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about September 18, 2000.
Number of Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand prize
of USD $5,000 cash. One (1) Second prize of USD $2,000. Three (3)
Third prizes of USD $1,000 to each winner and Five (5) Fourth prizes
of USD $500 to each winner. Total retail value of all prizes: USD
$12,500.
Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, except as
provided herein.
All taxes or other costs related to the prizes, except as specifically
described above, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizewinners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release
of Liability and Publicity (where permitted) within 14 days of notification.
In the event any prizewinner is a minor, prize will be awarded to
a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required
documents within 14 days of notification.
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification
and selection of an alternate winner.
In the event of a tie, a 7-day tiebreaker run-off will be held from
among all card entries involved in the tie.
The run-off will begin at 12:00AM (PDT), September 8, 2000 and end
at 11:59PM (PDT) on September 15, 2000.
Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification and an alternate winner/finalist may be selected.
Participation in the contest constitutes entrant's agreement to
abide by and be bound by the rules of the contest and the judge's
decisions.
All entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
By accepting prize, winner releases sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
employees, officers, directors and promotion and advertising agencies
from any and all liability, loss or damage, incurred with respect
to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of prize
or participation in any prize related activities, and acknowledge
that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible
or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express
or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize.
Participants entering via the Web (Internet) must provide valid
e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity
of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be
deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account
is registered.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware,
software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures,
or delays in computer that are human or technical in nature.
SayIt, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected,
illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or entries.
